As a naturopath and nutritional therapist with specialist training in allergies, I am able to accurately identify allergies and reset the allergic response. Importantly, I can also support you in understanding why the allergies developed and what steps you can take to reduce the chance of issues returning in the future.

  • We can cover food, respiratory and contact allergies.

  • IgE, IgG, allergies, intolerances and sensitivities can all be covered.

  • Expensive lab testing is not necessary for my service and can be unreliable as this typically only detects antibodies if you have eaten the food recently. These lab tests also offer no way of resetting the allergic response.

What does a consultation involve?

I offer two options:

Option 1: A quick appointment of around 30 minutes where we will identify what you may be reacting to and reset the allergic response. The fee for this is £60.

Option 2: A longer appointment of 60 minutes that includes the above plus a conversation about the possible causes and how you can support your health going forward to reduce the risk of issues in the future. This includes a written health plan prepared after the consultation and costs £90.
