What does a consultation involve?
I use a method developed by Dutch Naturopath, André Dückers, called Energetic Structural Balance (ESB). Through giving tens of thousands of allergy treatments over a course of decades, André developed his system to be very effective for the testing and rebalancing of the allergic response.
The method is built upon the idea that exposure to a stressor causes asymmetry in the body through a process of compensation from the autonomic nervous system. This is known as unstable laterality. Using this concept, various potential allergens are introduced to the body (either in the direct form or through radionic vials which hold the vibration of the substance), and the response of the body in terms of asymmetry noted.
Once the offending items have been discovered, they are held against the body again while a proprietary ESB rebalancing of the skull and spine is carried out, in this way harmonising the energetic imbalance that previously existed between the body and the allergies. Other potential mediators are also tested for, such as candida, histamine, mast cell activation etc. and are cleared in the same way.
Clients have experienced very positive results with this treatment, often leaving the clinic with significantly clearer breathing and seeing changes to skin issues rapidly. Note that if any food allergies are found and rebalanced, you will need to avoid contact with that food for 25 hours after the appointment to avoid re-sensitisation.
Of course, root causes of the allergies should always be considered to reduce the chance of them returning in the future. This commonly includes past antibiotic usage, gut bacteria imbalances, leaky gut, reduced adrenal/HPA axis dysfunction, sluggish liver function and a high toxic load. The longer consultation with written plan is recommended when further support is required, so that this can be addressed.

Option 1: A quick appointment of around 30-45 minutes where we will identify what you may be reacting to and reset the allergic response. The fee for this is £60.

How does this method compare to other allergy testing or rebalancing techniques?
While muscle testing or kinesiology can be used to obtain similar information, we have found that ESB can give clearer information less subject to interpretation and does not risk the testing muscle getting tired after a long series of tests.
Unlike some other allergy treatments, with ESB all allergies can be addressed within one session.
Since we are looking at the asymmetry which the nervous system itself generates, this can give us information not just about “allergies” (IgE response) but also intolerances and sensitivities. Through typical blood or skin prick testing this is not possible. These can only test for the presence of antibodies in the blood if the food has been eaten recently.
