Cancellation policy
The appointment fee is due upon booking. Alternatively, it is possible to book by paying a 50% deposit.
48h notice is required for a cancellation or rescheduled appointments. This is to give me a chance to fill your slot – thank you for your understanding. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the fee will be due. If you cancel within 24 hours of the session or do not attend, 100% of the fee will be due.
Naturopathy

Initial consultation: £180
A full naturopathic initial consultation which may include as appropriate: nutritional therapy, rebalancing allergic response, trauma/emotional rebalancing, body work (Bowen and/or ESB), Ayurveda, Chinese medicine and more. Up to 120 minutes with a plan prepared for you after the consultation.
Initial consultation for under 18s: £150
Same as above but for children. Up to 90 minutes with a plan prepared for you after the consultation.
Follow-up consultation: £85
Up to 60 minutes with an updated plan prepared for you after the consultation
Starter Package (3 months): £360
Initial consultation, two follow-up consultations, support between consultations for 3 months and a discount off tests and supplements.
Silver Package (6 months): £600
Initial consultation, five follow-up consultations, support between consultations for 6 months and a discount off tests and supplements.
Reclaim Your Health Gold Package (12 months): £1,000
Bowen Therapy/Technique
Sessions last 45 to 60 minutes, usually closer to 60. This service can include specialist hormonal balancing & fertility support. ESB (Energetic Structural Balance) may also be used during the session if appropriate. If you want only Bowen just let me know.

Email or telephone support if not included in your package: £1/minute. I am happy to answer quick messages for clients, but if you require more frequent or detailed support between sessions please purchase a package which includes this or note that I will have to charge accordingly. I will of course notify you of this if necessary and might recommend a follow-up for a more detailed discussion.
Analysis of tests or investigations carried out by other practitioners can be carried out during a consultation but if you want me to look at these between sessions I would charge £1/minute.
