Naturopathy
A naturopathic consultation may include as appropriate: Nutritional Therapy, body work (Bowen and/or ESB), Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Homotoxicology, allergy, trauma/emotional rebalancing and more. We will investigate your symptoms and determine what the causes are, how the issues have developed over time and put together a plan to support you to reclaim your health.
Up to 120 minutes with a written plan prepared after the consultation.
Up to 90 minutes with a written plan prepared after the consultation.
Up to 60 minutes with an updated plan prepared after the consultation.

Initial consultation, two follow-up consultations, support between consultations for 3 months and 10% off tests and supplements.
Initial consultation, five follow-up consultations, support between consultations for 6 months and 10% off tests and supplements.
Initial consultation, nine follow-up consultations, support between consultations for 12 months and up to 20% off tests and supplements.
Bowen Therapy/Technique
Sessions last 45 to 60 minutes, usually closer to 60. This service can include specialist hormonal balancing & fertility support.

Allergies
We will test for any allergies, intolerances or sensitivities (food, respiratory and contact) and reset the allergic response.
In this longer consultation, will also discuss the best ways for you to strengthen and support your body to recover as well what steps you can take to reduce the likelihood of new allergies developing in the future, with a written plan prepared after the consultation.
Admin Fees
Admin fees are charged at £30 per 15 minutes. This covers:
- Email or telephone support if not included in your package. I am happy to answer short messages for clients looking for clarification on their plans free of charge, but if you require more frequent or detailed support between sessions please note that I will have to charge according due to the quantity of emails I receive. I will of course notify you of this if necessary and may recommend a follow-up for a more detailed discussion.
- Analysis of tests or investigations carried out by the NHS or other practitioners can be carried out during a consultation but if you want me to look at these outside of that time I would charge accordingly.
- Letters/reports for GP, other health professionals or similar.
- Any reviews outside of a consultation.
Cancellation policy
48h notice is required for a cancellation or rescheduled appointments. This is to give me a chance to fill your slot – thank you for your understanding.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the fee will be due.

For no-shows, 100% of the fee is due.
The appointment fee is due upon booking. Alternatively, it is possible to book by paying a 50% deposit.
All fees are reviewed annually in January, however, we reserve the right to change them without notice at any time.
