There are currently a few different options for consulting with me, in person or online. You will be able to select your preferred clinic upon booking, or you can contact me directly to book via email (michael@reclaimyourhealth.co.uk or 07891670623). If for any reason the clinic you prefer is not available on the online booking system, just contact me to arrange this. On this page you will find more information about each of the clinics. Please check your appointment confirmation details to ensure that you have the right location for your appointment.
Clinic #1: Tavistock Osteopaths (Tuesdays)
Ground floor clinic. There are a couple of small steps to enter with a hand rail to assist if necessary.

Parking information: Two car parks are available within a 5 minute walk (Bedford Square and Riverside).
Clinic #2: Plymouth Naturopathic Clinic (Wednesdays)
Ground floor clinic. There are a few small steps to enter with a hand rail to assist if necessary.

Parking information: Unrestricted parallel parking is usually available along Gleneagle Avenue or Gleneagle road during working hours. Once you have parked, the 18 Brandreth Road clinic waiting room is accessed via Brandreth road and the cobbled access road of Rosevean Gardens to the side of the building. Head around the side of the building and the entrance is via the courtyard that is accessed through the first door on your right, and head up the steps to the waiting room.
Clinic #3: Tavistock Therapy Centre (Thursdays)
Tavistock Therapy Centre is located in the centre of Tavistock, next to the West Devon Club and the Post Office. The clinic is on the first floor. If you have mobility issues, please book at Tavistock Osteopaths or contact me to discuss.

Parking information: on street parking is available nearby for up to 1 hour if you can find a space, alternatively and for longer consultations, I recommend Abbey car park (PL19 9AS) which charges £2 for 2 hours (as of September 2025).
Clinic #4: Plymouth Chiropractic Clinic (Thursdays PM from July 16th)
The practice is conveniently located in a converted Edwardian house in Hartley, a central location within three miles of Derriford Hospital and Plymouth City Centre (6min drive).
My room is on the first floor, so please book at Plymouth Naturopathic Clinic or Tavistock Osteopaths if you have mobility issues.

Online clinic
For anyone living in other parts of the UK, internationally or for any reason unable to attend my in-person clinics, I offer a full service online via video call. I have a dedicated Tele-health client software which manages the calls and our appointments and makes everything easy to do. If you have any questions about this, just get in touch.
