Cancellation policy

The appointment fee is due upon booking. Alternatively, it is possible to book by paying a 50% deposit.

48 hours notice is required for a cancellation or rescheduled appointment to provide me with an opportunity to fill your slot. A reminder will be sent 72 hours before your appointment to give you plenty of time to reschedule if necessary. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the fee will be due. If you have paid a deposit, this will be used to cover the cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, 100% of the fee will be due. Thank you for your understanding.

Naturopathy/Nutritional Therapy

• Silver Package (6 months): £600

• Reclaim Your Health Gold Package (12 months): £1,000

One-off consultations

• Initial consultation: £150

• Initial consultation for under 18s: £100

• Follow-up consultation: £85

• Follow-up consultation with Bowen: £140

Bowen Therapy/Technique

• Standard session (new or existing clients): £60

• Package of 6 sessions: £342 (£57/session)

• Package of 12 sessions: £630 (£52.50/session. Save £90!)

• Babies & Children (under 12s): £40

• Under 18s: £45

Other fees

Email support if not included in your package: £1/minute

Telephone consultations (for existing clients only): £1/minute

Analysis of tests or investigations carried out by other practitioners: £1/minute

Letter for GP or similar: £30

All fees are reviewed annually in January. We reserve the right to change them without notice at any time.
