There are currently a few different options for consulting with me, in person or online. You will be able to select your preferred clinic upon booking, or you can contact me directly to book via email (michael@reclaimyourhealth.co.uk or 07891670623). If for any reason the clinic you prefer is not available on the online booking system, just contact me to arrange this. On this page you will find more information about each of the clinics. Please check your appointment confirmation details to ensure that you have the right location for your appointment.
Clinic #1: Tavistock Therapy Centre (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Tavistock Therapy Centre is located in the centre of Tavistock, next to the West Devon Club and the Post Office.
Address: 3 Abbey Pl, Tavistock PL19 0AB.
Parking information: on street parking is available nearby for up to 1 hour if you can find a space, alternatively and for longer consultations, I recommend Abbey car park (PL19 9AS) which charges £2 for 2 hours (as of Septmeber 2025).
Clinic #2: The Wellness Rooms
The Wellness Rooms are situated in the heart of Tavistock on Brook Street, offering convenience and accessibility. They can be found next to Mountain Warehouse and the Enterprise Hub. The picture at the top of this post is of one of my consulting rooms at this clinic.

Parking information: on street parking is available for up to 1 hour if you can find a space, alternatively and for longer consultations, I recommend the short stay car park at Co-op (Brook Street Public Car Park, PL19 0HD), which charges £2 for 2 hours (as of Septmeber 2025).
The Wellness Rooms is fully accessible for those with mobility challenges.
If you have impaired mobility or pain walking up stairs, please make a note when booking or contact me so that we can ensure your appointment is at the Wellness Rooms. The Wellness Rooms may not show as available for Bowen on our online booking system, please just contact me to organise this.
Plymouth Clinic: Plymouth Naturopathic Clinic (Wednesdays)
Address: 18 Brandreth Road, Mannamead, Plymouth, PL3 5HQ
Parking information: Unrestricted parallel parking is usually available along Gleneagle Avenue or Gleneagle road during working hours. Once you have parked, the 18 Brandreth Road clinic waiting room is accessed via Brandreth road and the cobbled access road of Rosevean Gardens to the side of the building. Head around the back of the building and the entrance is via the courtyard that is accessed through the first (green) door on your right, and head up the black steps to the waiting room.
Online clinic
For anyone living in other parts of the UK, internationally or for any reason unable to attend my in-person clinics, I offer a full service online via video call. I have a dedicated Telehealth client software which manages the calls and our appointments and makes everything easy to do. If you have any questions about this, just get in touch.
