My name is Michael Rogan and I help people with complex and chronic health conditions return to their optimal state of health by uncovering and addressing the root causes.

I have been a student of health ever since struggling with it myself as a child. Over the years, I’ve trained as a Naturopath, Nutritional Therapist and Bowen Therapist and studied Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Homotoxicology, environmental health and much more. However, I choose not to specialise in a specific disease or part of the body. Why? The reality is that the body is one integrated system where everything is closely interdependent. My speciality has become my wide knowledge base which allows me to quickly determine the causes of your symptoms, how they all connect and what the best approach would be to bring you back to balance. Due to this, I am often able to help when others can’t. I have had eczema on my feet for 10 years, with red scaly skin and horrible painful little blisters almost constantly on my feet. I saw Michael for a consultation and after following his protocol for a  month, my eczema has completely gone. I had previously tried various creams, inc. steroid cream from the GP, various natural remedies and homeopathy but nothing really worked. Now my skin is not only eczema-free but I also feel so much healthier and more energetic overall, having changed my diet (much easier than I thought) and implemented various lifestyle changes. To be honest, I wasn’t completely convinced that I could actually be helped, especially after trying to sort the problem out myself for so long.

From the very beginning, everything Michael explained made sense. I was genuinely surprised by how he managed to piece everything together and make sense of what I had been experiencing.

I followed the plan he gave me, and even after the first week I started to feel a noticeable difference. Now, a few months down the line, I honestly feel like the problem has been resolved.

I cannot recommend Michael enough. It was such a relief to have someone with that level of knowledge and understanding to turn to for help and guidance. His approach, knowledge and support made a huge difference to me.

I developed high copper levels after a hysterectomy that was only discovered from doing a hair tissue analysis test .He explained how my adrenals and liver health were also playing a big part of my issues. He has helped me balance everything in a gentle targeted approach. Im 5 months in and I feel like a complely different person .

He has exceeded other nutritionists that I have spoken to in the past and I wish I had found him at the start on my health issues . His knowledge and support have been outstanding and he is worth every penny.

I had been doing some research and came across Michael and knew he would be the one to help me on what I consider to be the final stage of my ongoing healing journey. I have autoimmune and had been feeling stuck and out of sorts for a while. I had gained a little extra weight which I could not shift which is always a tell tale sign for me that my hormones are out of balance and that something’s not right. My blood sugar levels were all over the place, cravings, not sleeping well, low energy and so on. I was struggling as to know what to do or even where to begin.
6 months on from when I had my first appointment and I cannot express the gratitude I feel for Michael’s support and guidance in helping me get to where I am.
My hormones are balanced, I am back to my normal weight and my energy levels are balanced. I’m sleeping better and I’m taking far less supplements than before because we ensure so much is included in my diet.
Michael’s knowledge when explaining things regarding lots of my issues made so much sense and therefore made the change's I needed to make easier to implement.
My face to face appointments continue but not as frequently as in the beginning because they are not needed. Another amazing part of his service that I would like to mention is how he always responds so quickly and efficiently to any questions I ever have over the client system which is so helpful and beneficial.
Finally being in a place where I feel more consistently balanced and able to maintain, without the stress and pressure I used to put upon myself is wonderful. Michael’s advice,  information and the plan’s he writes up for me have felt so healthy and natural I have completely embraced it which has made it easy for me to sustain. I will be forever grateful

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I don't want to tempt fate but so much has improved in the past 7 weeks since I had my first appointment with Michael.  Before seeing him, I would only last a week or two before I abandoned anything new.  This time it is different.  For the first time I have found it very easy to alter some of my eating habits and introduce  changes into areas of my life.
I now have much more energy, I feel happier and more relaxed, I am sleeping better and even my attention span has (slightly!) improved.  The results of a blood test that I had this week at my GPs has already shown positive changes in various areas.   Michael really listens and he explains everything very well.  He is very thorough. We contacted Michael who found a space in his list the next day. John could hardly walk into the treatment room, an hour later he almost ran out. I was introduced to Bowen by my mother who suffered with sclerosis , I was her carer for many years and saw for myself how such a gentle treatment kept her upright and free of pain. I suffer with similar problems coupled with a recent diagnosis of ME/CFS. Carers are notoriously bad at self care and I was in some trouble with joint pain, bad posture and extreme fatigue when I found Micheal. He is a miracle worker, very kind, gentle and extremely knowledgeable. Having had a fair bit of experience of Bowen I can vouch that he is an excellent practitioner and thoroughly recommend him.
